  4. When you're about ready to list we finalize paperwork.
  5. After paperwork is complete we unleash our marketing prowess.
  6. Your property goes "live", is syndicated throughout our vast networks, and the flurry of activity begins.
  7. We assist in scrutinizing potential buyers and offers so you can choose the best of the best.
  8. Once under contract we navigate you through the contract contingencies while still marketing your property for back-up offers.
  9. Remaining items complete, closing dates are set, and you complete the sale of the property.
