A week ago today I received a call for a "short notice showing request" on a particular home.  I made a call to confirm the home was still available and try and arrange the appointment.  It was late in the day and the listing agent was not able to reach the seller for confirmation.  We discussed the same time next week so the seller would have ample notice and we wouldn't have any scheduling issues. I was about to call for re-confirmation and to get showing instructions for the appointment that is (or should I say was) scheduled for tomorrow at 11 AM.  As I readied to make the call I pulled up the MLS sheet.  To my surprise the home was marked PENDING.  What a disappointment!  First I would have expected a notification from the listing agent that the
